What is a SmartBrief?
A SmartBrief (or dailyLead) is an e-mail newsletter published in partnership with a leading trade association that contains news stories that relate to a specific industry. SmartBriefs are designed to save busy professionals time and keep them up-to-date on the latest industry news. SmartBrief offers highly targeted opportunities to advertise and find job openings.
How soon will my job listing be in the SmartBrief newsletter?
Most SmartBrief newsletters are published every day. Your job listing will begin to appear in the next available issue of the SmartBrief newsletters you select. Because of limited inventory, the Featured Job option may not be immediately available in all publications.
What is the cost of each job listing?
Job posting rates vary for each brief. To see pricing information, visit our Industry Overview and click the brief you are interested in.
Where will my job be displayed?
Your job will be displayed in every issue of the publications you select (usually daily, depending on the frequency of the brief), as well as on the SmartBrief web site. In some cases, you will also have the opportunity to post your job on the web site of our association partners.
Will I receive a receipt for payment for my job posting?
You will receive an e-mail confirmation and receipt shortly after your purchase is completed. If you'd like us to re-issue this confirmation, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include the date you posted the job, job title and company name.
What methods of payment does SmartBrief accept?
We accept payments via credit card. This is the best way to have your job posted immediately.
How can I renew my listing?
You can renew expired listings at any time by logging in to your account. In the "My Jobs" tab, simply click the "Renew" button next to the job you'd like to renew and proceed to checkout.
I have forgotten my password. What should I do?
Visit the forgot password page and follow the instructions. A password reminder will be sent to your e-mail address. Please keep in mind that to post a job, you must register as a SmartBrief Job Poster, even if you already have login information for other SmartBrief services.

Once you have purchased a job pack, you may use a credit at any time to post a job. Just log in to your account, select the "My Job Packs" tab, and click the "Use Credit" button for the job pack you'd like to use.
